- When purchasing virtual coins or subscriptions, payment data is processed by authorized payment providers. QK does not store card details on its servers.

- If registering via Google, Apple, or other platforms, we may receive name and email address as permitted by the user.

Advertising ID and Attribution
The application includes the TikTok Business SDK, which uses your device’s advertising identifier (the Google Advertising ID on Android, and the IDFA on iOS where you allow tracking) to measure which of our advertising campaigns led to the app being installed, and to report in-app events such as registration, login, and purchases.
We use this information only for advertising measurement and analytics. We do not show third-party ads in the application, and we do not link the advertising identifier to your name, email address, or phone number.
Virtual Currency, Games, and Gifts
The platform includes an internal virtual currency system used for digital gifts, subscriptions, and in-app features.
In-app games are provided strictly for entertainment purposes. Any rewards earned from games are credited to a non-withdrawable internal balance and may only be used within the platform.
Withdrawable earnings, where applicable, originate only from eligible digital gifts or subscriptions in accordance with the platform’s Terms and Conditions.
Data Protection
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. However, no online transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce policies.
Data Transfers
Data may be processed outside the user’s country in compliance with applicable data protection standards.
User Rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data through account settings or by contacting support.
