Delete your QK Live account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. If you cannot sign in, send us a request with the form on this page and we will delete it for you.

Two ways to delete your account

  2. With this form

    For when you cannot sign in — a lost phone number, a forgotten account, or an app you have already removed. We verify the request and delete the account for you.

Request account deletion

Tell us which account to delete. We may contact you to confirm the account is yours before deleting it.

The phone number you signed up with, or the ID shown under your name in the app.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, name, User ID and profile photos
  • Your posts, clips, stories and comments
  • Your messages and conversations
  • Your followers, following and friends
  • Your coin balance, gifts and items in your Bag

Coins and gifts cannot be refunded or transferred to another account. Use any coins you want to keep before deleting.

What we may keep, and why

  • Payment and transaction records — the law requires us to keep them, and they are used to prevent fraud.

These records are kept only for the period the law requires, and are then deleted. They are not used to rebuild or show your account.

How long it takes

Requests sent with this form are processed within 30 days. If you give us an email address, we will write to confirm once your account has been deleted.
